Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is looking for a compassionate caregiver to support a client in the comfort of their home. This is a part-time role with benefits included. You will be more than a caregiver. You will be a friendly face, a trusted helper, and a source of comfort for someone who needs it most. Schedule Monday through Friday 9 am to 3 pm Retention Bonus Opportunity: We value commitment and consistency. Caregivers in this role are eligible for a retention bonus , paid out as follows with completion of required work hours: $300 after 30 days $600 after 60 days $900 after 90 days Why Join Phoenix? Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and companionship
  • Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Run errands on the client’s behalf
  • Offer support with bathing, dressing, and daily routines
