Requirements

• Experience as a caregiver, HHA, PCA, or similar role preferred (training available for the right heart).
• Current CPR/First Aid certification or commitment to earn within 30 days.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and follow all safety protocols.
• Clear, compassionate communication skills and respect for client privacy.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a passion for enriching the lives of older adults.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and safe transfers.
• Prepare simple, nutritious meals and maintain tidy living spaces, including light laundry.
• Support clients with daily mobility and exercise, including gentle walks or therapist-approved stretches.
• Provide medication reminders to keep clients on schedule and note any wellness changes.
• Engage in meaningful companionship through conversation, games, or outings to appointments and shops.
