About The Position
Oaknoll is excited to announce the opening of a brand new position within our community! We are currently looking for Care Partner CNAs to join us in our new, 12 private room, nursing care environment at 1201 Benton Street. This environment will have a personal, home-like take on how we care for our residents; focusing on a more communal and interpersonal caregiving setting. With wages starting at $19.50 per hour and increasing from there with verified experience, the Care Partner CNA role combines traditional CNA caregiving with homemaking, companionship, and advocacy. Working closely with residents, Care Partner CNAs work with our team to ensure a nurturing and vibrant environment, and in doing so they CREATE home for our residents, building lasting relationships with them and fellow staff members. Oaknoll is a not-for-profit community that provides resident-centered care and services through our CREATE culture.
