About the position

The Guest Service Attendant is responsible for courteously and accurately providing guests and team members professional service in both Cage and Reward's Club operations. This role requires effective communication with team members, supervisors, and managers, as well as the ability to perform multiple tasks while maintaining organization of work processes.

Responsibilities

  • Handles large sums of cash, coin, and chips.
  • Provides professional, efficient, and accurate guest service to internal and external guests.
  • Fills and reconciles slot redemption kiosks on the gaming floor, which includes pushing a cart with cash cassettes that will weigh between 250 and 500 pounds.
  • Maintains accountability for, and security of, all currency and keys within his/her control.
  • Performs administrative duties by way of accurate data entry, receiving and forwarding messages, and communicating with other departments.
  • Complies with all state, company, and department regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with said regulations.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of cash handling and customer service experience.
  • Demonstrated math skills to meet the expectations of the position.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with other team members, supervisors, and managers.
  • Ability to operate a variety of office equipment including copier, fax machine, telephones, calculator, computer, coin counting, and currency counting machines.
