About The Position

Max Burger, located in West Hartford, CT, is seeking a Part Time Busser with availability to work 2-3 to nights a week and Saturdays to join our dynamic team. Requirements

Previous experience as a Busser or in a support role in a restaurant setting is preferred
Familiarity with high-volume, casual dining environments
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team setting
Friendly, reliable, and professional demeanor
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-energy environment
Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
High attention to cleanliness and detail
Evening availability + Saturdays, and holidays

Responsibilities

Clear and reset tables quickly to ensure timely turnover for guests
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining room and service areas
Assist servers with water, bread, and food service as needed
Help set up and break down service stations, and ensure they are fully stocked
Work with servers, kitchen, and front-of-house teams to provide an efficient service
Contribute to creating a fun, engaging atmosphere for our guests
