About The Position

Breville is seeking a passionate and self-motivated Part-Time Brand Ambassador to join their field team. This role involves promoting Breville's extensive line of small appliances through in-store demonstrations, training sessions, and consistent visits to various retail accounts. The ideal candidate will embody the Breville brand and engage with customers and retail staff to enhance product visibility and sales.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of customer service and/or sales experience.
• Experience with KPIs and goal-oriented work.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within a 35-mile radius.
• Daily access to a personal computer and internet.
• Ability to lift, pull, and/or carry at least 50 pounds.
• Food safety certificate preferred, with the ability to obtain certification after employment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in cooking or barista roles.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Work between 10-16 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
• Follow a predetermined schedule to support accounts within a designated territory.
• Maintain a professional appearance and punctuality.
• Visit and support retailers carrying the Breville brand.
• Conduct store visits, demonstrations, and product knowledge sessions.
• Communicate effectively with designated stores regarding demonstrations and training.
• Document visits using the Breville customer relationship app on a personal smartphone.
• Prepare and serve food samples using Breville products.
• Submit weekly reports to the Regional Field Manager.
• Attend events as requested by the manager.
