About The Position

Responsibilities

  • Record and maintain financial transactions by posting journal entries and tracking expenses and income in accounting software.
  • Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage and process invoices, track payments, and follow up with customers and vendors as needed for accounts payable and receivable.
  • Support payroll processing, ensuring employee wages and deductions are accurate.
  • Assist with the preparation of sales tax returns, income tax filings, and other required regulatory documents.
  • Organize and file financial documents, including receipts, invoices, and contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Provide ad hoc financial assistance on special projects, analysis, or audits as needed.
