About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate, experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a part-time role to provide in-home and community based therapy. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional who values meaningful client interactions and is looking for a more flexible role while still contributing to clinical excellence and team development. Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, with some leadership or supervisory background
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Availability for part-time, in-person work
Responsibilities
- Oversee and support behavior therapy services within the assigned region
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to RBTs and other team members
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor client progress
- Maintain compliance with ethical and professional standards of practice
- Collaborate with leadership to support sustainable growth and service delivery
