About The Position

ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to join our team in Long Beach, CA. This is a part-time position, approximately 20 hours per week, responsible for supervising a team of RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians). The position starts ASAP and runs through June 12, 2025.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
• Minimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required
• Experience supervising RBTs is preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle billing and client management tasks
• Passion for working with individuals with behavioral needs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
