About The Position

A Bar No. 3 Bartender’s main responsibilities is to prepare beverages, according to La Colombe d’Or standards while engaging with guests and curating a fun and memorable experience rooted on service excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a high level of cleanliness throughout the bar and lounge areas.
  • Ensure all necessary items are stocked, including beer, wine, liquor, garnishes, plate ware, silverware, and glassware.
  • Work with the rest of the bar team to maintain the hotel’s beverage, bar and service ware inventories.
  • Preparation of juices, syrups, batches, and garnishes according to the drink menu
  • Preparation of coffee beverages including espressos, lattes, cappuccinos according to Tonight and Tomorrow standards
  • Suggestively sell guests appropriate food and beverage items.
  • Proper entering and ordering of all food and beverages items into the Silverware Point of Sale system.
  • Delivery of drink and food orders to guests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Continuously engaged with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, in a way that will encourage bar traffic
  • Display in depth knowledge of spirits, wine, cocktails, beer, and coffee beverages
  • Seeking out latest trends and products in industry and sharing with F&B Management.
  • Developing creative, interesting, and exciting Cocktail seasonal menus.
  • Ensuring that all bar equipment is operational, functional, and squeaky clean.
  • Adhere to all TABC guidelines
  • Perform all other duties assigned
