Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computational ability for cash handling.
Ability to lift up to 15lbs.
Commitment to providing the highest service standards.
Maintain cleanliness in the Starbucks area.
Professional attitude in meeting and exceeding guest expectations.
Adherence to proper cash handling procedures, including tip reporting.
Availability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays.
Flexibility to adapt to varying shifts and schedules.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly, take food orders, and provide product information.
Prepare drink orders according to Starbucks and Marriott Service Standards.
Operate a cash register, handle payments accurately, and provide change to customers.
Educate customers on coffee beans, preparation methods, and home brewing.
Clean and stock the customer area to ensure a neat and inviting environment.
Follow Marriott's operational policies, including safety and security procedures.
Maintain composure during peak times, setting a positive example for the team.
Interact with customers and coworkers in a friendly and outgoing manner.
