About The Position

As a Barista, you're more than someone who makes drinks. You're often the first warm interaction a guest has for the day, and that matters more than most people realize. You'll be working in a dynamic, fast-paced hospitality environment where no two days look exactly the same. From early risers grabbing their first cup before a big meeting to travelers who just need a moment of comfort, you'll play a real role in making their stay a great one. Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, stretch, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs or more throughout your shift
Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm and positive when things get busy
Dependable, punctual, and a true team player
Comfortable working independently and knowing when to ask for help
A genuine passion for taking care of people

Nice To Haves

Experience crafting coffee drinks is highly preferred; if you know your way around an espresso machine, that's a huge plus
A background in hospitality is a bonus, but absolutely not required. We believe great people can be trained; personality and attitude are what you bring to the table

Responsibilities

Preparing and serving coffee drinks, specialty beverages, and other menu items with consistency and care
Welcoming guests with a friendly and attentive attitude
Maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked work area throughout your shift
Following food safety and sanitation standards
Handling cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately
Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods
Communicating any product needs or issues to your supervisor in a timely way
Going above and beyond for guests when the opportunity presents itself, because the small stuff is actually the big stuff in hospitality
