About The Position

This is a part time position. Primary responsibility is to Take Excellent Care Of Our Customers by satisfying each customer's needs, exceeding their expectations, and making every shopping visit a pleasant and satisfying experience. This requires following correct bagging procedures, providing carryout and parcel pickup service, loading merchandise into customer vehicles, and returning shopping carts into the store.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to participate in and successfully complete required training.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English.
• Ability to write simple correspondence in English.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other associates who only speak English.
• Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers.
• Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Complete Company's training including new hire orientation, customer service network, safety, bagger technical skills, and product knowledge.
