This role is responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates are processing efficiently and effectively, and working as a team. It ensures an excellent customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, and maintaining a clean and organized store. The position involves role modeling exceptional customer service, creating a positive internal and external customer experience, promoting honesty and integrity, orchestrating truck delivery, training and mentoring Associates on merchandising and processing principles, and ensuring merchandise is properly handled and displayed. It also includes maintaining backroom organization, ensuring compliance with recycling and hazardous waste programs, communicating effectively with management and Associates, and supporting store shrink reduction goals and safety awareness.
