About The Position

As a Back Of House Operator at Framebridge, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the store's back-of-house processes. Your attention to detail, organization, and focus on delivering excellent service will contribute directly to client satisfaction and overall store success. Requirements

  • Experienced in a customer service, retail, or hospitality role with a focus on operations.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative to solve problems.
  • Excellent communication skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Quick and eager learner of new tools, products, and processes.
  • Excited to work in a creative and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Receiving Shipment: Accurately receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and ensure timely stocking and organization of inventory.
  • Outbound Art Processing: Prepare and package outgoing art for shipment, ensuring careful handling and accurate documentation to maintain the chain of custody.
  • Chain of Custody Management: Safeguard the integrity and tracking of all art pieces from intake through outbound, ensuring all documentation is completed correctly.
  • Table Top Frame Assembly: Assemble 'Gift and Go' tabletop frames, maintaining quality standards and adhering to production timelines.
  • Client Pick-Up Preparation: Prepare and ensure accurate handoff for clients picking up their completed orders.
  • Store Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient back-of-house workspace, adhering to store protocols and supporting overall store organization.
  • Support Front of House (FOH): Collaborate with the FOH team to ensure seamless client experiences and contribute to overall store success.
  • Uphold 100% Happiness Guarantee: Take ownership of delivering on our commitment to client satisfaction by ensuring quality and accuracy in all BOH operations.
  • Peak Business Support: Be available during peak business days, including holidays and weekends, to support store operations.
