About The Position

Interested in working for Penn State Athletics? Join our team at the Penn State Intercollegiate Athletics Ticket Operations Office! We are currently seeking individuals to assist with game-day ticketing for ICA sporting events. Majority of events occurring on evenings and weekends. Duties include processing ticket sales, ticket resolution, and providing excellent in-person customer service to assist fans.
