The Part-Time Associate (Overnight Load Crew) plays a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining store operations. This position involves stocking shelves, managing merchandise, and providing assistance to customers, all while contributing to a positive shopping experience.

Maintain a store section as assigned and may order, receive and stock merchandise using proper equipment.
Assure proper pricing on merchandise and check product date codes to validate proper rotation.
Stock shelves, end displays, floor stacks, displays, and refrigerated/frozen cases.
Prepare perishable products for sale and set up advertising/promotional displays.
Review invoices/bills for accuracy and clean and maintain sanitation standards in all areas of the store.
Operate a cash register, receive payment from customers, and process transactions.
Process cash and/or credit refunds when approved by management.
Verify customer eligibility when selling alcoholic beverages and assist customers with loading purchases into their vehicles.
Perform basic bookkeeping duties and record lost/damaged goods and store supplies.

Ability to read and write English and interact with the general public and co-workers.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, and pricing codes.
Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information in small group situations.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 45 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.
