As an Associate Banker at Chase, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience and contributing to the overall success of the branch. Your primary responsibilities will extend beyond traditional bank teller duties, as you will engage with clients upon their arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed and appreciated. This includes managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling or canceling client meetings as necessary. You will assist clients with everyday transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and updating personal information, all while adhering to the bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. In addition to transaction processing, you will educate clients on utilizing technology self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs, empowering them to complete their banking needs at their convenience. Building strong relationships with clients is essential; you will share product knowledge and solutions, and when appropriate, introduce clients to our licensed bankers for additional services. You may also assist with new account openings and perform various branch operations, including managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATMs, ensuring compliance with all bank policies.
