About The Position

As a Part Time Associate Banker in Market Expansion for the Northeast region, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer experiences and fostering relationships within the branch banking environment. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional service to clients, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they enter the branch. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about customer service and are eager to represent our brand and culture through friendly and professional interactions. You will be at the forefront of our commitment to helping customers make the most of their money, providing tailored education and advice to meet their financial needs. In this role, you will engage clients as they arrive at the branch, managing lobby traffic and ensuring a smooth check-in process. You will also be responsible for scheduling and canceling client meetings, as well as performing essential branch operations, including managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATMs. Adhering to all bank policies and procedures is paramount, as is performing account origination for consumer clients. Your proactive outreach to clients will help gauge their success and introduce them to new tools that can assist them in achieving their banking and investment goals. Additionally, you will champion the development of new Associate Banker skills, such as utilizing tablets for account opening and other key initiatives. Educating clients on technology self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App and Chase.com, will be a significant part of your responsibilities, ensuring that customers can complete their banking needs conveniently. Sharing best practices across supported branches will also be essential in delivering a strong controls environment and an exceptional customer experience.
