About The Position
As a Part Time Associate Banker in the Financial District, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience at our branch. Your responsibilities will extend beyond traditional bank teller duties, as you will be instrumental in fostering long-lasting relationships with clients and introducing them to our licensed bankers. You will engage clients as they enter the branch, ensuring they feel welcomed and appreciated. This includes managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling or canceling client meetings as necessary. In addition to greeting clients, you will assist them with everyday transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and reordering debit cards. You will also help clients set up direct deposits and update their addresses, all while ensuring compliance with banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. A key part of your role will involve educating clients on the use of technology self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs, enabling them to complete their banking needs conveniently and efficiently. Building strong relationships with clients will be essential, as you will share product knowledge and solutions, and introduce clients to our licensed bankers when additional opportunities arise. You will also assist the branch team with new account openings when needed and perform various branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATMs, while adhering to all bank policies and procedures.
