About The Position
As an Associate Banker in Branch Banking at JPMorgan Chase Bank, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the overall success of the branch. Your primary focus will be on engaging with clients as they enter the branch, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. This involves managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling or canceling client meetings to optimize their experience. You will assist clients with everyday banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and account updates, all while adhering to the bank's policies and regulatory requirements. In addition to handling transactions, you will educate clients on utilizing technology self-service options, such as the Chase Mobile App and ATMs, empowering them to manage their banking needs conveniently. You will also assist with new account openings and perform various branch operations, including managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATMs, ensuring compliance with all bank policies and procedures. This position offers a unique opportunity to build long-lasting relationships with clients by sharing product knowledge and solutions, as well as introducing them to licensed bankers when appropriate. Your role will be pivotal in helping clients experience the Customer Promise, which focuses on making the most of their money to enhance their lives.
