About The Position

Positions available:

Part-time School-Age Assistants: flexible shifts between 7:00am-9:15am and 3:00pm-5:30pm.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience working directly with children.
• Superior communication, decision-making, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an effective level of high-quality verbal engagement with the children.
• Assist with the implementation of compliance and curriculum.
• Partner with other staff in the program to achieve consistent value among all interactions with the children.
• Supervise children in the program at all times.
• Be responsible for reporting developmental and behavioral concerns to the Director.
• Ensure the learning environment and all equipment are clean, well-maintained and safe.
