About The Position

Penn State Lehigh Valley is excited to welcome nominations and applications for the position of Part-Time Assistant Dual Enrollment Coordinator. This role plays a vital part in supporting high school students as they begin their college journey through dual enrollment.

Requirements

  • Experience in education, student services, or related fields preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners
  • Familiarity with dual enrollment programs and higher education programs for students is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and programmatic support for the portfolio of dual enrollments programs offered at PSULV
  • Assist in developing short- and long-term strategies to support student persistence and retention
  • Prepare semester and annual reports for the Early College Program with the guidance of the Dual Enrollment Manager
  • Collaborate with the Dual Enrollment Manager by performing duties as assigned
