We are looking to add another member to our team who possesses a passion for animals, and is a natural born communicator, with strong event planning and social media content creating skills.

Requirements

• A friendly, positive, caring attitude
• Available for evenings and weekends
• Experience in retail, customer service or other pet-related field
• Enthusiasm for continued learning and growth
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail
• Event planning experience and social media content creation skills
• Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing superior sales service
• Establish trust relationships with customers
• Assess customers' needs and provide information and assistance on products and features
• Meeting and spoiling all of the adorable pets who shop in the store
• Assist with planning events and creating social media content
• General store maintenance including inventory stocking and merchandising
• Unloading delivery vehicles of cases, bags of pet food and supplies weighing up to 50lbs.
