Requirements

• A genuine compassion for seniors and those in need of support
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
• Smartphone for scheduling and care documentation
• Ability to pass Level 2 background check and screenings
• Experience in caregiving (home care, CNA, HHA, senior care, or family caregiving) is a plus—but we provide training for the right person!

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility support)
• Provide companionship and engagement—conversation, walks, activities
• Support clients with meal prep, light housekeeping, and errands
• Offer transportation to appointments or outings
• Follow the client’s personalized care plan and document visit notes
• Communicate updates to families and the care team
