About The Position
Details: The Ambassador Customer Assistant provides assistance and information to Shuttle and Parking customers. Pay rate: $22.00 per hour, paid weekly Shift schedule: Saturday and Sunday Shift hours: 1st (6:45am-3:15pm), 2nd shift (2:45pm-11:15pm), 3rd (10:45pm-7:15am) Benefit Information: ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package. Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
- No experience required and on the job training provided
Nice To Haves
- One (1) year of customer service or similar work experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Act as a Welcome Ambassador for arriving passengers
- Greet and engage with passengers and offer informational assistance
- Communicate effectively with passengers regarding Parking and Shuttle services available
- Assist the with transporting passengers to onboard and offboard
- Work will primarily take place outside, including exposure to seasonal elements
- Coordinate passenger lines at check-in to ensure a smooth, orderly and efficient flow of passengers during peak times
- Transfer and distribute wheelchairs as needed
- Report hazards and incidents encountered in daily operation
- Follow safety precautions at all times
