Prepare pasta, sauces, breadsticks, and toppings needed for daily production. Complete related paperwork to document accurate product usage, and temp logs. Maintain safe food temperatures throughout meal period. Rotation of product, clean up and sanitation of area during and after shift. Perform other duties as requested by management. 7:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. Monday-Friday; every other weekend 11:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
