Mecklenburg County Park & Recreation is excited to add a Part Time Administrative Support Assistant to the team at David B. Waymer Recreation Center! This position will be a front-facing customer service role and will assist with front desk operations, such as greeting all patrons, responding to customer inquiries, and performing daily cash-handling/accounting procedures. In addition, the incumbent will assist in managing reservations/bookings of our facility for special events, giving tours of the facility, processing memberships, and creating marketing materials and signage for the facility. The selected candidate will occasionally serve as Manager on Duty. This part-time position will work up to 29 hours per week, which will include daytime hours, evenings, rotating weekends, and holidays based on business/facility needs.
