The role involves working closely with the regional Extension Business Operations Manager and Client Relationship Manager, County Extension Educators, and other Administrative Support Assistants to ensure the smooth and efficient daily operation of the Lebanon County Cooperative Extension office. Responsibilities include assisting with county Extension program and events coordination, providing administrative support for Master Gardener and Master Watershed Steward volunteer programs, and providing customer relationship support. The position also requires coordinating office communications, multimedia product and publication development, and social media management. Additional administrative duties may be assigned as needed.
