About The Position

Watson Realty Corp is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support the Sales Division in St Johns County. This role involves providing excellent customer service, managing data entry tasks, and assisting agents with various administrative duties. Responsibilities

  • Answering calls and emails and greeting customers upon arrival
  • Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers
  • Data entry into multiple sites for property listings and sales
  • Assisting agents with marketing tasks
  • Processing escrow and commission checks to the banks via scanners
  • Submitting transactional information to the Data Entry person in a timely manner
  • Updating contracts to the appropriate Sharepoint folder in a timely manner
  • Ordering name badges for new agents
  • Ensuring office supplies are stocked
  • Developing an approved Floor Calendar for agents
  • Assisting with special projects
  • Performing other duties as requested
