About The Position
As a Showroom Support Specialist at Warners' Stellian, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support within our store environment. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting customers as they enter the showroom, determining the purpose of their visit, and notifying the appropriate sales associate to assist them. You will also be responsible for efficiently handling phone calls, ensuring that each call is directed to the right department or individual based on the customer's needs. Additionally, you will manage cash and credit card transactions, ensuring accurate balancing of accounts at the end of your shifts. Familiarity with NetSuite software will be essential as you will look up customer records to assist with inquiries and transactions. The position requires a commitment to working part-time hours, specifically during evenings and weekends. You will be expected to work approximately three weekends a month, with Saturday hours from 9 AM to 5 PM and Sunday hours from 12 PM to 5 PM. There will also be occasional weeknight shifts from 4:30 PM or 5 PM to 8 PM.
