About The Position

The Department of Learning and Performance Systems is seeking to hire part-time Instructors to teach occasional courses in its online Master of Professional Studies in Organization Development and Change. These courses are offered through Penn State’s World Campus, and the intended audience is working professionals in business and industry. Requirements

  • Applicants should submit a letter of application documenting qualifications for teaching courses within the program
  • a current curriculum vitae/resume
  • teaching evaluations
  • Employment with the University will require successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies.

Nice To Haves

  • PhD in Organization Development or closely related field
  • at least ten years of related business and industry experience at the managerial level
  • demonstrated success in teaching online courses
  • knowledge of Canvas, Penn State’s course management system
  • the flexibility to interact with students on a daily basis
