About The Position
The Part Time Activity Reservations & Ticket Sales Attendant position at the Omni Mount Washington Hotel in Bretton Woods, New Hampshire, offers a unique opportunity to work in a historic and luxurious environment. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest service and ensuring that all reservations and ticket sales are handled efficiently and accurately. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests, assisting them with their inquiries, and facilitating their access to various recreational activities and amenities offered by the resort. In this role, you will engage with guests to provide information about the resort's offerings, including guided activities and recreation programs. You will be tasked with performing daily set-up and operation for reservations and window sales, ensuring that all transactions are processed smoothly. Your responsibilities will also include managing cash, room charge, check, and credit card transactions, as well as opening and closing daily computer systems and the RTP (Reservation and Ticketing Platform). The position requires a strong understanding of the resort's policies and procedures, as well as the ability to assist guests in resolving any queries they may have regarding seasonal and year-round departments. You will also be responsible for administering daily cash outs and balancing end-of-day deposits, ensuring accuracy and accountability in all financial transactions.
