About The Position

The Part-time Accounts Payable Clerk position at Randstad involves assisting the accounting department with processing financial transactions. Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable or related field.
  • Proficient in accounting & bookkeeping software, with QuickBooks and NetSuite preferred.

  • Pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Match, reconcile differences and code/enter vendor invoices and expenses.
  • Ensure vendors are charging accurately as per the PO, highlight, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Sort incoming and outgoing mail for all locations.
  • Ensure accuracy of the general ledger for functions performed.
  • Ensure that all payments are made in accordance with company policy.
  • File and maintain secure up-to-date records and required documentation.
  • Make collections calls and work on special projects as needed.
