About The Position

As a Part-time Assistant Teacher, you'll ensure the well-being and development of infant, toddler, and preschool-aged children. You will support progressive/inquiry-based learning, engage with and enrich children using positive language, loving care, and interactive play, and closely supervise children while adhering to robust health and safety protocols.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of professional experience working with children aged 0-5
• Hold NC Child Development Credentials I and II
• Be a flexible & communicative team player who's passionate about working with the youngest learners
• Value and create trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Have a strong foundation in child development and a desire to grow as a career educator
