About The Position

As a Part-Time 3rd Keyholder at Claire's, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving retail targets. This position involves driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining store operations in the absence of other management. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, assisting with store deliveries, visual merchandising, and maintaining a presentable store environment.

Requirements

• Some high school education required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Understanding of the importance of customer service.
• Sound understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills.
• Ability to stand during scheduled shifts.
• Ability to maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and climb ladders and step stools while placing merchandise and assisting customers.
• Ability to operate a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving retail store targets by driving sales.
• Open and close the store in the absence of other management, ensuring safe and legal trading.
• Deliver sales through friendly and efficient customer service.
• Ensure customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience.
• Demonstrate Claire's products to customers.
• Assist customers with their queries using product knowledge.
• Assist with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions.
• Perform ear piercing after receiving full training.
• Ensure the store looks presentable and inviting to customers.
