About The Position

As a Part Time Associate Banker at the Renton Branch, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships with clients. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with their banking needs, educating them on self-service technology options, and supporting branch operations. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English.

Requirements

• 6+ months of customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Bilingual Spanish and English required

Responsibilities

• Engages clients as they enter the branch by welcoming them and making them feel appreciated, including managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue and scheduling/canceling client meetings.
• Helps clients with everyday transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, reordering a debit card, setting up a direct deposit or helping update their address accurately and efficiently, while complying with all policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educates clients on the usage of technology self-service options such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to complete their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Assists clients and the branch team by helping with new account openings when needed.
• Performs branch operations which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault, ATM, or others while adhering to all bank policies and procedures.
