About The Position

As an Associate Banker at our Madison Waverly branch, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships with clients. Our commitment to customer service is paramount, and you will be at the forefront of representing our brand and culture. Your primary responsibility will be to engage clients as they enter the branch, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. This includes managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling or canceling client meetings as necessary. In this role, you will assist clients with everyday banking transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and reordering debit cards. You will also help clients set up direct deposits and update their addresses accurately and efficiently, all while adhering to our policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. A key aspect of your job will be to educate clients on utilizing our technology self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs, empowering them to complete their banking needs whenever and wherever they choose. Additionally, you will support the branch team by assisting with new account openings when needed and performing various branch operations. This may involve managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATMs, ensuring compliance with all bank policies and procedures. Your contributions will significantly impact the success of the branch and help us fulfill our Customer Promise: helping people make the most of their money so they can make the most of their lives.
