About The Position
As an Associate Banker at the Coolidge Corner Branch in Brookline, MA, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and representing our brand and culture. You will also be involved in account origination for consumer clients, ensuring that their banking needs are met with the utmost care and professionalism. Proactive client outreach will be a key part of your role, as you will gauge client success and offer new tools to help them achieve their banking and investment goals. As you develop your skills as an Associate Banker, you will champion new initiatives, including the use of tablets for account opening and other key banking functions. Educating clients on technology self-service options, such as the Chase Mobile App and ATMs, will be essential in helping them complete their banking needs conveniently. You will also share best practices across supported branches to foster a strong controls environment and enhance the overall customer experience.
