Requirements

• 6+ months of customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Engages clients as they enter the branch by welcoming them and managing lobby traffic.
• Performs branch operations including managing cash devices and account origination for consumer clients.
• Provides proactive client outreach to gauge success and offer new tools for banking and investment goals.
• Champions new Associate Banker skills and assists in training new team members.
• Educates clients on technology self-service options such as the Chase Mobile App and ATMs.
• Shares best practices across supported branches to enhance customer experience.
