About The Position

The Part-Time Associate Banker at the Oak Ridge Branch is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships with clients. This role involves engaging clients as they enter the branch, managing lobby traffic, and providing education and advice tailored to their financial needs. The Associate Banker will also perform branch operations, manage cash devices, and support clients in utilizing technology for their banking needs.

Requirements

  • 6 months of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Engages clients as they enter the branch by welcoming them and making them feel appreciated.
  • Manages lobby traffic, checks clients into the waiting queue, and schedules/cancels client meetings.
  • Performs branch operations, including managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to bank policies.
  • Conducts account origination for consumer clients.
  • Provides proactive client outreach to gauge success and offer new tools to help meet banking and investment goals.
  • Champions new Associate Banker skills, helping others learn key initiatives.
  • Educates clients on technology self-service options like the Chase Mobile App and ATMs.
  • Shares best practices across supported branches to enhance customer experience.
