About The Position
The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep and smooth operation of a self-storage facility. This part-time role involves conducting property inspections, performing minor repairs, and ensuring the facility maintains its curb appeal. The technician will also prepare storage units for rental and address any emergency maintenance needs as they arise.
