We are currently seeking 1:1 Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide individualized support for people in their own homes, in family homes, or within their communities. Requirements

• A passion for helping others and making a positive difference in their lives.
• At least 18 years of age.
• A valid US driver’s license and Clean Motor Vehicle Report.
• Reliable Transportation with Insurance Coverage.
• Ability to pass a background check through DHS.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building and maintaining social relationships, encouraging community engagement, and promoting inclusion.
• Provide support with grocery shopping and other errands as needed.
• Assist with personal paperwork such as addressing mail, paying bills, and staying organized with necessary documentation.
• Help with household tasks, including budgeting, meal preparation, and general home organization.
• Provide transportation and/or accompany the individual to appointments, offering support as needed.
• Offer guidance and assistance in decision-making and problem-solving while advocating for the individual’s needs and preferences.
