About The Position

The Parks Regional Facilities and Logistics Coordinator is a key role responsible for overseeing the logistical operations and maintenance of Vermont State Parks in the southeast region. This position combines administrative tasks with fieldwork, requiring strong communication, organizational, and technical skills, along with knowledge of construction and maintenance practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher AND one (1) year or more of work experience in inventory management, project management, property management, purchasing, logistics, or contract administration and/or park operations, park maintenance, recreation, or conservation field.
• OR Associate's degree AND two (2) years or more of work experience in inventory management, project management, property management, purchasing, logistics, or contract administration and/or park operations, park maintenance, recreation, or conservation field.
• OR High school graduation or equivalent AND four (4) years or more of work experience in inventory management, project management, property management, purchasing, logistics, or contract administration and/or park operations, park maintenance, recreation, or conservation field.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistical operations and maintenance of Vermont State Parks within the designated region.
• Manage equipment and supply procurement.
• Handle facility project management and health and safety compliance.
• Administer contracts and manage inventory and budget.
