About The Position

This position performs landscape maintenance around Keowee Key parks and recreational facilities including pool maintenance.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Available to work overtime, holidays and weekends as needed, in addition to regular scheduled hours.
• This job may require stooping, bending, or lifting up to 80 lbs.
• This job may require additional training provided by the company.

Responsibilities

• Trim grass around parks, recreational areas, and leisure trails.
• Remove any leaves and debris around KKPOA amenity areas, using a blower and hand tools.
• Maintain proper gas mixture for each trimmer or blower being used. Report equipment problems to supervisor.
• Maintain pool areas and chemical balance.
• Plant annual flowers and replace/add bushes around the park areas and recreational facilities.
• Maintain all leisure trails. Monitor any deterioration and report to a supervisor
• Wear safety equipment while operating trimmers, blowers, mowers or performing other duties requiring safety equipment.
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisor.
• Perform all assigned set-up, work area maintenance, clean up and closedown procedures and duties.
• Exhibit courteous, pleasant conduct with all people always.
