This position supports the work of the YMCA, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. As a Community Health Program Instructor, you will support the YMCA in the Evidence-Based Health Intervention (EBHI) programs like Livestrong at the YMCA, Parkinson’s Programs, Diabetes Prevention, Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring, Healthy Weight & Your Child, and Exercise is Medicine. The instructor will ensure these programs operate successfully, within HIPAA compliance measures, and in accordance with policies, procedures, and established best practices.
