Under general supervision of the Parking Manager/Supervisor, the Parking Representative Lead perform a variety of job functions within the Transportation Department. The primary job functions include leading valet attendants, customer service ambassadors, cashiers, and parking enforcement officers. The Parking Representative Lead will act in accordance with departmental procedures and standards for the department's daily operations and procedures set forth in the Transportation Services Operation manual. They'll also act as an ambassador and/or greeter for Transportation programs and services as needed. This Lead will be directly responsible for the daily job activities of staff within the Parking Representative series. They'll ensure that the operation is running effectively and efficiently throughout the course of each business day. Must be willing to work at any assigned UCSF location on short notice and must be able to work overtime as needed. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $26.08 - $35.13 (Hourly Rate).
