About The Position

Propark Mobility is seeking Class A On-Call Valet Attendants to support high-end, luxury properties in San Francisco. This role is designed for professionals who understand that luxury service is not just polished—it’s warm, approachable, and anticipatory. You’ll be the first and last impression of guests arriving at premium destinations, offering a calm, confident presence that blends efficiency with genuine hospitality. While additional shifts may be available during the week, consistent availability to work PM shifts every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday is required to support peak luxury operations. This position is also a great fit for individuals seeking a second source of income, with opportunities to pick up additional shifts based on business needs.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license (held for at least 2 years)
  • Must be 18+ years of age
  • Strong confidence driving luxury and high-performance vehicles
  • A calm, professional demeanor with a high-touch, guest-first mindset
  • Excellent communication skills with a warm, approachable presence
  • Must be available to work PM shifts every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
  • Weekend availability is essential for Class A luxury operations
  • On-call position scheduled based on business and guest demand
  • Additional weekday shifts may be offered as available
  • Hours may vary week to week
  • Have a valid driver's license and at least 2 years of driving experience.
  • Be energetic, outgoing, and able to stand, run, and lift items up to 50 lbs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with a friendly and professional approach.
  • Perform well in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful manner.

Nice To Haves

  • Manual (stick-shift) experience preferred
  • Prior luxury valet, hotel, or high-end hospitality experience preferred
  • 1+ years of valet parking experience
  • 1+ years of customer service experience

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a gracious, polished, and welcoming arrival experience for every guest
  • Park and retrieve vehicles with exceptional care, precision, and efficiency
  • Conduct brief vehicle inspections while treating guest property with discretion and respect
  • Communicate parking details clearly, confidently, and with a luxury-service tone
  • Maintain a refined, professional appearance aligned with Class A standards
  • Support weekend peak coverage, VIP arrivals, and special events
  • Assist with light site support or special requests as needed
  • Remain active throughout the shift, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Greet guests in a friendly manner and sincerely thank them upon departure.
  • Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and in a timely manner.
  • Explain parking rates and provide directions for retrieving self-park vehicles.
  • Support the business by inspecting each vehicle before taking possession and following company guidelines.
  • Impress us by maintaining uniform appearance, greeting and thanking with kindness, solving problems, and being an all-around pleasant person.
  • Be outdoors and active most of the day: standing, walking, and occasionally assisting with items up to 50 lbs.
  • May also be asked by local management to perform minor cleaning or maintenance tasks, or other special projects.
