About The Position

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Valet Attendants for full-time and part-time opportunities to start immediately. The position involves cheerfully greeting guests, parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner, explaining parking rates, and providing instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles. Valet Attendants are expected to maintain a professional appearance, resolve issues, and assist with small cleaning or maintenance tasks as needed. The role requires being active outdoors, standing, walking, and occasionally lifting items weighing up to 50lbs.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Energetic and outgoing personality.
• Ability to stand, run, and carry items up to 50lbs.
• Great communication skills in both written and spoken language.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• 1+ year of valet parking experience.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests cheerfully and thank them upon exit.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and timely.
• Explain parking rates and provide instructions for self-parking.
• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
• Maintain company uniform appearance and professionalism.
• Resolve guest issues positively and helpfully.
• Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks as requested.
