The Parking Team Lead is responsible for Parking Associate supervision, parking lot management, identifying and resolving issues, and implementing Sporting Park and parking gameday policies and procedures. This position reports to the Manager of Guest Experience and will assist the Parking Captain, Manager and Coordinator of Guest Experience with delivering and enforcing the company’s One Sporting Way Behaviors: Experience Obsessed, High Performance, Accountability, Integrity, and Club First.
